Car Raffle Official Rules and Regulations
1) Grand Prize: 2015 Honda Accord LX Car Raffle valued at: $23,725
2) All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. By entering this raffle, the individual acknowledges that he or she is aware of and is bound by all official rules. Winner need not be present to win. Grand prize winner must agree to a photo and press release.
3) Tickets
Cost for a single ticket is $25.00.
Cost for six tickets purchased is $100.00.
4) Drawing will take place 9:30 PM, September 12th, 2015 at the St. Andrew the Apostle/Gulf Coast Bank “Superfest”, the annual Fall fundraiser sponsored by St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 3101 Eton Street, New Orleans, LA, 70131. All ticket sales are final. Winner need not be present to win. The drawing will take place by the stage at the “Superfest” at 9:30 PM, drawn by Rev. John Talamo, Jr.. Tickets may only be purchased in person at the Parish or School Office or reserved online at www.standrewparish.net or www.sasno.org.
5) Parish reserves the right to cancel or postpone this raffle in the event ticket quota is not met (money will be refunded).
6) Winner will bear the responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes. Winner must complete and sign a W-9 form before receiving the vehicle.
7) Individuals who jointly purchase tickets bear the sole responsibility of determining the winner of the chosen ticket. For the purpose of this raffle, the winner will be the name on the ticket.
8) All decisions related to the conduct of this raffle will be made by St. Andrew the Apostle Raffle Committee, whose judgment on all matters will be final.
9) The net proceeds of this raffle are for the direct benefit of St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, New Orleans, Louisiana, a member of the Archdiocese of New Orleans.
10) This raffle is authorized by the Louisiana Department of Revenue, Office of Charitable Gaming, license number 5747 .
