St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, New Orleans, Louisiana (“St. Andrew”) reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. This is a private web site (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) and is not intended to be open to the general public. This Site may only be accessed by those authorized users who agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”). The purpose of this site is to provide users online access to payments for services rendered by St. Andrew. By logging in your name and password, user agrees to be contractually bound by the terms of this Agreement. In return, user will be authorized to log on to this site using a password and login provided to user on the terms set forth below.
St. Andrew the Apostle School has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your personal privacy rights. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site: www.sasno.org. This privacy statement reflects current practices and will be updated as necessary to reflect future changes.
St. Andrew recognizes that the tremendous benefits afforded users of the Internet are vastly reduced if the individual’s privacy is compromised through the misuse of personal information. St. Andrew is therefore committed to ensuring that personal information is used only for the intended purposes as expressed by user.
Our philosophy is based on the assumption that any personal information that St. Andrew receives through this site will be collected through an explicit opt-in process where you, the user, explicitly grant St. Andrew the right to collect that information for clearly identified purposes, namely, to provide payment for services rendered by St. Andrew or for donations to St. Andrew.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
St. Andrew shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary or special damages arising out of the use of this website. User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church and The Roman Catholic Church of the Archdiocese of New Orleans, their (arch)bishops, priests, pastors, religious, employees, members, contractors and sub-contractors against any liability arising out of or relating in any way to alleged acts or omissions which, if true, would constitute a violation of one or more terms or provisions of this Agreement. All disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Agreement or our ownership, operation or maintenance of this Site shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate court in Louisiana. All such disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and of the State of Louisiana. In the event of any breach of this Agreement, you agree that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, we shall be entitled to obtain preliminary injunctive relief enforcing the terms of this Agreement.
All refund requests must be requested in writing and sent to St. Andrew’s Finance Office within 15 days of payment. Refunds will be provided at St. Andrew’s discretion in accordance with St. Andrew’s policies regarding refunds. Pastor shall have final decision making authority on granting any refund.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are acceptable with an additional $5 processing fee required.
St. Andrew is not responsible for third party processing and handling and makes no assurances or guarantees about third party processing.
