CCD

St. Andrew the Apostle’s CCD program is for children in grades 1-12 who do not attend a Catholic school and want to learn and grow in their Catholic faith. The parish religion classes will focus on Catholic doctrine, prayers, scripture, traditions, and the sacraments on age-appropriate levels that build upon the foundation of faith established at home. Our CCD program has been blessed with wonderful catechists who are excited to begin a new year of teaching the children of our parish about our shared Catholic faith.

Our elementary program is for children in grades 1-6. It is designed specifically for children who are not currently attending Catholic schools. Children experience a variety of opportunities to learn and grow in their faith. Lessons are given using workbooks that follow a sequence that parallels the development of the child, integrating Catholic theology based on scripture and tradition in the Church. We invite you and your child to be a part of our community by celebrating in parish activities and liturgies offered throughout the year. Classes are held on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. during the school year. (Annual registration is required.) CCD classes will resume Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Our Junior and Senior High program are offered for children in grades 7-12. Classes at this level challenge young people to explore and reflect on their Catholic Faith. The program is designed to help students to grow in knowledge and understanding of Catholic theology, resulting in a deepening of their faith. Classes are specifically designed for children who are not currently attending Catholic schools. Classes are held on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 p.m. during the school year. (Annual registration is required.) CCD classes will resume Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
