Following is the calendar for the first two weeks of the 2012-2013 school year:

TUESDAY, AUGUST 14 – SCHOOL BEGINS FOR GRADES 1-8, 7:50-11:00 AM.  (No before or after school care)

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 15 – FULL DAY FOR GRADES 1-8, 7:50-3:00 PM.  (Before and after school care begins for grades 1-8 only)

MONDAY, AUGUST 20 – FULL DAYS BEGIN FOR ALL STUDENTS IN GRADES 1-8, 7:50-3:00 PM.  K  Girls only, PK Girls only, and PK-3 Girls only from 8:30-11:00 AM.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 21 - K Boys only, PK Boys only, and PK-3 Boys only from 8:30-11:00 AM.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22 - All students in K, PK and PK3 from 8:30-11:00AM.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 23 - Full day for PK3, PK and K.  Bag lunch needed for PK and K students on Thursday & Friday (Aug 23 & 24).

Before and After School Care services will be available beginning Wednesday, August 15 for grades 1-8. Childcare for PK3, PK and K begins Thursday, August 23.  The hours are 6:45-7:30 AM and 3:00-6:00 PM.  Students cannot attend these services until registered.  Fees are now to be pre-paid monthly as no bills will be issued.  Registration is mandatory before a student can attend.  A $10 fee per family is required at registration time. Registration dates and times are as follows:

Monday, August 6 through Friday, August 10 – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Cafeteria.

Saturday, August 11 – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Cafeteria.

Monday, August 13 – 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM in the School Office.

The school will no longer accept cash as a method of payment.  Checks, cashiers checks and money orders will be accepted.
